At the time of booking, the customer acknowledges that he has taken general terms of sale.


The booking is effective after we accept the customer’s request.


The fact of making a reservation (e-mail, call or sms) carries membership and acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.

The General Terms of Sale do not evolve very much, we advise you to be aware of any changes that could have taken place.

Acceptance of the General Terms of Sale on your part is a prerequisite for the use of our services.

The applicable General Terms of Sale are those in effect on the date of validation of the booking.

Each booking must include the customer’s name, email address, telephone number, departure and arrival address, date and time of service, and number of passengers.

A confirmation email or sms will be sent to validate your booking.


At your request, by email or phone (vtc@vip-travel-comfort.com or 07-49-379-379), our fares are available and indicated as an indication via our “estimate your journey” calculation module on the “book” page.

The advertised fares are indicated according to the number of passengers (type of vehicle used), the time and day of the service (increase of Sundays, public holidays and night between 7pm and 9am).

Unless a quote has been previously established, rates can be changed at any time without notice.

Our quotes are valid for two weeks.

Our rates include:

The transport of luggage, the transport of animals (subject to the mandatory use of a transport box), the provision of a child seat on advance request, fuel costs and insurance of passengers regardless of their number and luggage, and finally, waiting at the station or airport in case of delay.

On request, we can also provide wifi, local newspapers, drinks and treats.


We are committed to delivering the service with the utmost punctuality. However, there may be an event beyond our control (accident, traffic difficulties, etc.).

In case of customer delay (except for a train or plane), the first 15 minutes are included in the charged price, then 15 euros for every 15 minutes from the 16th minute.

In case of collective travel, the customer will have informed us of the number of the train or the plane for the follow-up of the delay and the organization to be set up.

In the event that a customer who has booked (or already settled) a service does not show up at the place and time he himself has indicated, with the consequence that the driver is unable to take care of him, Vip Travel Comfort will not be liable. No refunds or compensation would be owed by the company. The benefit would be due to him in its entirety.

Vip Travel Comfort reserves the right to refuse a ride if one of the persons being transported is clearly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or exhibits agitated or violent behaviour that could harm others.


In the event of cancellation of the booking by the customer, Vip Travel Comfort will charge a cancellation fee based on the total TTC amount.

This allowance is calculated based on the time between the booked date and the date Vip Travel Comfort was notified of the cancellation.

30% charged if cancellation between 72 hours and 24 hours from departure

50% charged if cancellation between 24 hours and 2 hours from departure

80% charged if cancellation within 2 hours of departure



The price of the services is that of the rate in effect at the time of the order, according to the quote previously drawn up by Vip Travel Comfort, and accepted by the customer.



The professional customer is obliged to pay the service within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

Upon receipt of the invoice: invoices are payable in cash on receipt (unless stipulated otherwise), net of instalments already paid.

Advance payment by telephone: The professional customer can also pay for his service by telephone by means of a bank card directly with his vip Travel Comfort contact (early payment discount: 0%).

In the event of a late payment, a penalty equal to an annual interest rate of 12% will be payable (Article L441-6 amended by Law 2010-853 of July 23, 2010-art.35).

A flat-rate minimum compensation of 40 euros for collection costs will be payable (Decree 2012-1115 of October 9, 2012).

If the collection costs set out by Vip Travel Comfort are greater than the amount of this lump sum, it may claim additional compensation, on justification.


Cash settlement: The individual client is required to pay the benefit on the day of the benefit (except for marriages).

Advance payment by telephone: The individual customer can also pay for his service by telephone with a bank card directly with his vip Travel Comfort contact (discount for early payment: 0%).

Cash: Beware: our drivers have very few cash in their vehicle, please make the extra.

Check: No cheque payments will be accepted, except for local account companies billed at the end of the month.

Credit card: By disclosing your credit card information, you allow Vip Travel Comfort to charge your credit card for the amount corresponding to the All-Inclusive Price. As such, you declare that you have the debit card and that the name on the card is actually yours.


The parties to the contract declare that they comply with the obligations laid down by the current regulations on the production of personal data, including Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended by the law of August 6, 2004.


These General Terms of Sale are expressly approved and accepted by the customer who declares and acknowledges that he has full knowledge of them, and therefore renounces to avail himself of any contradictory documents and, in particular, his own terms and conditions of purchase.
